U-Spot and G-Spot Erogenous Zones

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

Our office is separated by partitions, so conversations often carry over to my cubicle. The other day, I heard a lot of giggling and some coworkers talking about the U-Spot. I couldn't ask what it was since they would think that I was eavesdropping. Could you please educate me on what this U-Spot is, and is it related the G-spot?

The U-spot is another female erogenous zone, and is the opening of the urethra. The urethra is where urine empties out of the body. The famous, "G-spot", erogenous zone is the area surrounding the urethra.

However, too much stimulation around the urethra can predispose to urinary tract infection, as can any type of sexual activity in susceptible people.
