Sunscreens Waterproof Best Choices

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

My current sunscreen is waterproof, but it feels sticky and greasy. Also, I don't want to use it unless I know that I will be out sweating in the sun as I wear makeup and don't want to put sunscreen over my makeup unless I have to.
