Addressing Royalty in the Middle East

I will be traveling to the Middle East. What is the custom when addressing royalty as well as members of the cabinet and ministry?

Middle Eastern royalty is addressed similar to that of Western royals, with 'Your Royal Highness.' Ministers and ambassadors are addressed as 'Excellency,' which is a standard international designation.
