Pen Mark Removal From Hardwood Floors

Do you know what I could use to take pen marks off the floorboards without damaging them?

To remove marks such as pen, marker, or nail polish from hardwood floors, use a small amount of nail polish remover on a napkin. Lightly rub the napkin over the mark.

For pencil marks on hardwood floors, use an eraser.
