Slimming Swimsuits A Miracle

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

There is no way that I am going to wear a bikini this summer. I have gained some weight and my waist has gotten thicker. Is there a type of swimsuit that would help me look slimmer? Would a tankini or one piece look more slimming?
