Mascara Best Waterproof for Bride

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

As I expect to cry (for happiness) on my wedding day, I would like to find a good but inexpensive waterproof mascara that makes my lashes long and lush. I tried some waterproof mascaras at the department store, but I don't want to spend $20 for a tube of mascara. Any suggestions?

All makeup should be washed off before going to bed. One major complaint about waterproof mascara is that it is hard to wash off and while removing the mascara, some lashes are removed as well.
