Dear Dr. Dave & Dr. Dee,

I have saved $2,000 for a vacation, but am thinking of a face lift instead. I have some vacation days coming up, and thought that I could get a face lift during this time. But, I would tell my coworkers that I went on vacation and that is why I look so refreshed when I return. What do you think?
