Engagement Off - Who Gets Ring?

I've lost about 20 pounds, which was my goal. But, my stomach area is still flabby. I do stomach crunches, so what more can I do?

My fiance broke off our engagement and we are having a discussion about the diamond ring that he gave me. He wants it back as it was quite expensive, but I told him that the girl gets to keep the ring, especially since he initiated the break up. Aren't I right?
