Debutante Gift Ideas

My daughter is a junior deb in a debutante ball in two weeks. Her godparents wondered whether they should present her with a gift.

A gift is not mandatory, but the godparents can give your daughter a bouquet of pastel colored or white flowers. Roses are very popular.

However, if the godparents wish to give something more, then a simple piece of jewelry would be nice. For example, if your daughter does not yet have a pair of diamond earrings, then a petite pair of diamond studs would be lovely. Other gift ideas would be a crystal or silver framed photo of her at the debutante ball, a single pearl pendant, silver locket, or charm bracelet.
