Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

I happen to like the color black and often wear black skirts or pants and a black top. My office mate thinks black should not be worn in the spring or summer and constantly mentions this to me. She says pastels should be worn in the spring and summer and that black is for fall and winter. Is she right?
